Pathetic Service, No Care Attitude

I had an accident on the 29th of March 2018. An elderly man drove into my motorcycle causing some damage that needed to be repaired by the Insurer. My motorcycle has now been standing for 3 weeks and it has not even been assessed yet. I now have to make arrangements to get to and from work. I have to pay for the bike that is standing with them. I have to pay insurance on a bike that is with my insurer!! This is the worst experience I have ever had with any insurer, and I have had some shocking ones before. Rather look past the good prices, as in this case you surely get what you pay for. Absolutely shocked at the level of service received from this once great company. I will be sending a complaint to the short term insurance ombudsman.
