Pathetic service
I called 3 weeks ago to lodge a claim..no reply. I sent a email....no reply. 2nd email and the lady accuses me of not answering her call. I email her that I have had no calls...again she says I dont answer the phone. She now refers me with my claim to her supervisor.....they don't care
