Pathetic service

I have been dealing with Gugulethu since last year with regards to claiming back damages and excess from the 3rd party insurers. I have been following up with regards to the refund of my excess of R2000 paid when I claimed I think in September last year. She never provides me with an update and every month I would need to request an update. Whilst I appreciate that these matters take time, I don't think expecting an update once a month is unreasonable. I sent her an email on 30th July 2018 since I had not heard from her since 28th June 2018. I again sent an email last Friday. Both my emails have been ignored!!! I copied legal department with the same emails and they have also chosen to ignore my emails. I think this is highly unprofessional and disgusting service to say the least!!!!! Provide the service you claim to provided Indwe Risk Services. Don't only pay lip service. Garth Pratt - CL **********
