On 7th October 2015 I was stopped at a red traffic light when a car drove into the back of me. There was another car in front of me. I saw the accident coming in my rear-view mirror but was unable to move. There is damage to the rear of my car is around R5000..

A claim was submitted directly to the insurance of the person who drove into me Indwe/Santam by the 5th November.

Then began the constant flow of requests for more and more documentation.

Photos of all angles of my car. Copies of licenses. Sketches of the scene! And so on.

Now, January 2016 and its yet another copy of the car license as obtained from the Traffic Dept where the one as part of the disk is not acceptable. Seriously?!

I have no fault in this.

Its been 3 months of constant requests and attempts to obstruct what is a trivial and simple case. All in a blatant attempt to make me get tired, give up, go away and not claim.

All I want. Immediately! Is for my car to be repaired to how it was before the Indwe/Santam client drove into me. Simple.

Next stop is the Insurance industry Ombudsman.

Indwe/Santam - resolve this now!
