NO SERVICE

<p>Husband was assaulted and gold chain and spectacles ******. Sent claim with Police case no to Orriet Rudolph at Indwe. Only after 2nd query did she reply stating Indwe requires proof of ownership of gold chain which I had specified on insurance! This gold chain was also ****** more than 8 years ago and Indwe should have the claim on file. I sent her an Appraisel on gold chain from American Swiss - American Swiss says they only keep proof of purchase for 5 years as we no longer have it or can't find it. Now received email from Sonja Hatton who requested I send her the email I have already sent Orriet - double work! According to her appraiser will require PROOF OF ownership . NOW WHAT do we do? Nobody is offering a solution. I am currently writing an article on ******* medical aids but it seems I need to focus on Insurance companies as well.</p>
