No feedback after complaint

<p>I have claimed twice. </p> <p> </p> <p>Both times the accidents where not my fault.</p> <p>According to my understanding, the monies I paid should be paid back to me. I have called the Witbank offices several times the past 18 months and have yet to receive proper feedback. </p>
