NO CLAIM BOGUS

Asked to change from business debit to private debit with minor changes to policy. This was readily agreed to, new quote issued and request for go ahead. I inquired about the no claim bonus which was due end October only to be told that I have lost my no claim bonus. If I had not asked they would not have told until I tried to claim the no claim bonus. I let them know of my dissatisfaction and immediately changed my insurance. 5 days later I was in formed that SANTAM would honor the no claim bonus. Too late, already took my money elsewhere.
