Insurance values car 30% lower than market
My wife had a bumper bashing. Following quote from panel beater and meeting with the assessor (who was obsessed with car interior's condition and the boot when front bumper was damaged) we've been arguing with the insurance for over a month on the car value. Car is insured for R56,000 and Indwe values it at 36,900 only. We have supp**** them with ads from Auto trader and valuation from Santam and [URL Removed] showing car value is over R50,000 and they won't bulge. Car is not being fixed and Indwe keep on referring to Mead & Grouter as the reference, in the mean time SANTAM is my underwriter.<br> Funny enough I can't seem to access the Mead and Grouter data base on the internet...<br>
