Insurance "happiness"

If you are tired of having a happy carefree life then you should consider getting an insurance from Indwe Risk Services. It is on its way to eight weeks now since I made a claim and I am still waiting. This is my third review on this forum regarding this matter and every time I get a respond from Indwe that they will contact me but I am still waiting. This morning I had to take of work and stand in a queue for just about an hour just to be told that I was given the wrong information by my fantastic insurer and don't have the documents that I need. Every time I phone them they have some ridiculous excuse. I have never seen so much incompetence concentrated into one company.
