Insurance *****

I am making a claim against this insurance because their client drove into me by going over a red light.Her insurance believes her,not me.So now they want to claim against me.I can make a ***** case against her!I made a police statement already on the day of the accident.I have a witness too. It's been 4 weeks already and still waiting!!!
