Insurance Claim - S Munsamy

Good afternoon, I registered a claim this morning 26th Jan 2021 and spoke with consultant Eureka Ragubir from Indwe Risk Durban. She immediately emailed me a claim form which I completed and returned per email.

She kept me updated throughout the process and had the claim finalized by 14h30 today. I am impressed with her efficiency and positive attitude to customer service. It's not the early settlement that impresses me but rather her updating per email with the progress of my claim.
