INDWE STILL REFUSING TO PAY MY CASH REWARD
Based on the review I wrote last week, I am busy shopping for a reputable insurance. Indwe is still refusing to pay my cash reward they still saying g I dont deserve its after so many years (10+) of loyalty with them. Afterall what is R4k to them, its just a drop in the ocean. I will be posting on fb and tiktok now.. Word of mouth is very important

Good morning Shauna, Thank you for the feedback. I see the mail from Devesh but maybe I am not understanding English correctly:
- On the 7th of February I sent out an email to Shauna advising that the claim must NOT be cancelled.
- On the 8th of Feb Desmond sent this email to myself :I called the branch and they have confirmed that the replacement of the glass is scheduled for the 2022/02/11 08:00, they had called the client to advise him that they are currently waiting for the arrival of the stock and it is expected to arrive by the date and time mentioned.
- On the 12th of Feb (bear in mind the installation date has already passed) I wrote to Desmond again :I was asking about the info you gave us that the window will be fitted on the 11th of February and the client is aware. I was wondering where did you get that info because when I called PG Glass Pinetown they were not aware of the info you gave us…Desmond responded with the printscreen from PG’s system of which I do not have access to such privilege of which my point was no one has communicated to me.
- On 28 February Shauna wrote to Desmond: On the 11 Feb, PG glass advised that Peugeot had no stock and the Eta on the glass was now 3 months. To my surprise on the 24th they called me to let me know that the glass has arrived. So I asked them to cancel the claim since the vehicle was already sold.
- On 01 March Shauna wrote to myself: I have addressed the windscreen claim with the Insurer and they have confirmed that the claim will be cancelled and therefore not noted on the policy. I wrote back asking what will happen to the glass as PG has I already and the response was : The Insurer will notify PG Glass that the claim has been cancelled.
