Indwe Risk Solutions

Indwe Risk Solutions and Santam Insurance are the two most pathetic and useless companies I ever dealt with. A claim was submitted 26 May 2025, a month later after many frustrations and no progress or feedback I complained on Hellopeter on 25 June a month later. On 25 June Indwe responded and promised to revert back shortly which they still did not do. Today is 9 July 2025. Only response from Indwe diring all this time is “We ate waiting for Santam” - no responsibility, no progress, they are just pathetic and useless. We regret the day that we decided to do business with INDWE RISK SOLUTIONS and SANTAM INSURANCE!!!

It took 4 months to resolve this claim. The delay was at Brolink and Rooftop Contractors and not with Indwe Risk Services. Due to the pressure that Indwe had continuously put on Brolink the claim was eventually paid in full. Indwe made it their business to communicate with us but Santam (Brolink) ignored all our communication and complaints untill Indwe submitted a formal complaint which was investigated. Brolink even tried to force us to make use if their Contractor (Rooftop Contractors) who was the root cause of the problem and the investigation.
