Indwe Risk Services - If ganging up against a client were an organization!

In December 2019 I put a claim for my pool, the pump was not priming and the creepy did not work properly. Indwe sent assessors twice (from blufrogpools). The final report from the assessor was that, I quote: "Feedback received from SP - they advised that the suction pipe underground has got a suction leak. therefore the creepy won't work." In my insurance schedule, this is covered. Or so I thought. The lady who us handling my claim, Bettie Rossouw, has put me through misery regarding this claim. Firstly, she demanded that I provide her with proof of the condition of the pipes, which means I have to dig the ground to show her the pipes, at my cost. After I told her that I won't be able to do that, she went as far as to suggest a plumber. To deal with a pool system problem. I personally hired someone to diagnose my pool problem, and he also came to a conclusion that the pipes underneath are an issue. Bettie Rossouw went on and appointed another assessor, for the third time. This third assessor's main objective was to do a pressure test. Something they never thought of 2 months ago! I felt that she is being nasty to me, and I escalated the matter and requested management to intervene. Instead, no management intervened, and her Indwe colleagues ganged up against me, particularly one Emmanuel Rasodi. The initial assessor report confirmed the problem to be "suction pipe underground has got a suction leak" - which I am covered for, but when I point this to them, they still insist on bringing assessor (for the record-breaking 4th time!) to do pressure test. Bettie Rossouw and Indwe gang have made it their personal mission to not approve my claim!
