Indwe Risk Services as useless as the ANC

Ok I will start with Indwe.. then do another on Hollard. My Mahindra was damaged when a Riegers group truck reversed into my vehicle at Co Op outside Gonubie, Eastern Cape. That was 2 years ago...I eventually with threats got Pierre Adlam from Riegers to report the incident to their insurance brokers Indwe who contacted me in August 2023. Indwe then passed me onto Hollard and after receiving various whatsapps to complete, I got a whatsapp in the week asking me to rate their handling of my claim...which have not been handled yet. I have not heard anything from anyone since December...even after I sent emails threatening to go see lawyers. Maybe this will help as it seems potentially costing companies clients and money seems to wake people up to doing their jobs they get paid for.
