Indwe refusing to settle for cellphone insured amount

Indwe has ben GREAT with our car & household insurance for more than 10yrs. Insured Samsung S-range cellphone with Indwe Risk Services in November 2015 for R9500. LCD has stopped working, it was sent for technical evaluation. Samsung no longer manufactures my cellphone, no parts to fix it. They want to replace me with a Samsung A-range that costs R6154.65 or make R6154.65 cash settlement since the cellphone is no longer manufactured, that's almost R3400 less than insured amount. Indwe is refusing to replace me with a R9500 cellphone or make R9500 a cash settlement, I'm also refusing to settle for an amount that is less & escalating this matter further. Indwe is robbing South Africans, they must pay amount stated on the Insurance Policy irrespective of the value of the cellphone. I was paying for R9500 not for the value of my cellphone
