Impossible to change policy details

Since January i have been trying to update my policy. I sold a motorcycle and moved house. After sending the new details to Indwe, they didn't update it for February, same installment paid, i sent an email asking whats going on, they respond by saying THEY sent the information to the wrong person. Come March, still the same installment goes off and the policy has not been updated. I phone and speak to another agent, she says she doesn't know why but she will update my policy. We update it, she sends through a draft of the policy which I approve (R584 p/m - down from R1100). All seems fine till April comes and Indwe withdraws R1320 from my account. I phone and speak to the same agent, she says she added another motorcycle to my policy!!??? Who knows why. We then again update the policy and now the draft says R780 with some other specified insurance i never added. They also say the will only refund me R584 when in actual fact they owe me close to R2000 in excess installments paid. <br> <br> It is 4 months down the line, I have paid an excess of R2000 extra in installments, my policy is a mess, no one there seems to be able to resolve any of this. The most *********** company.
