How the mighty have fallen. Indwe was such a great company until about 5 years ago. Things were handled differently but I stuck with them due to the great service I got in the beginning 8 years ago. Fast forward to December 2019 and well, they have dropped the ball big time. Had an Accident in December (Busy time, holidays etc so could forgive them a bit). The app didnt work for long and if you dont actually follow up yourself, nothing will get done. At scene of the accident they were great but using a 3rd party app. Since then it was a nightmare, Phones not answered, vague answers, nothing explained, no hired vehicle that I was paying for in premiums. If there was a step that could go wrong it would. The last straw was when I was offered a very low settlement amount, and YOU have to drop the paperwork off at their premises (No vehicle) or alternatively courier. They are now a joke and if you are a client, I would strongly urge you to look at your policy. You will see they it seems they are a broker using a broker which explains why everything takes so long, but regardless shocking service.
