I NEED HELP FOR INDWE TO PAY FOR MY CAR CLAIM

Since my car was in an accident on the 29th of December 2014 the company has never paid for my claim. On this day I was driving from home at KZN in the morning between 7:00 to 8:30. At 2-5km's to Standerton I had to stop on the STOP AND GO, when I stop I noticed there was a smoke around the car in front I saw it from my car, me and my sister's child I was with jumped out and open the front of the car then the fire comes out. I quickly ran for the soil and throw it to the flame and the STOP and GO guys were already there to help, they use their FIRE Extinguisher to let the flame down, the other guy noticed the pipe spitting the oil out and the oil was all over the car front. They help to take the car out of the road and I called the Insurance, the car doctor company came and took the car to Secunda. <br> After 2 to 3 weeks from the day of accident they told me my car is written off. When I call the panel beater they said the car can be repaired in 3 days. Indwe promised to pay for my claim but they refuse to pay after I signed an Agreement of Loss , I foght with them until I cancelled their insurance.They said I must find proof from the guys who helped me at Stop and GO.
