You said you going to call me on<br> 04 December to do arrangement for fix the damage at my home. Today is 05 December and you still did not phone me.<br> On 08 December Eulaine send my claim to Jane Setchedi<br> On 07 January 2015 I send Jane an email:<br> Jane today is 07 January and you also did not respond to anything.<br> On 11 January I send Eulaine and Jane an email:<br> You receive the claim report from the assessor on 26 November. When are you going to do arrangement for fixing my home.<br> On 24 January I send [Email Removed] [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] an email again. How long must I plead you to do something about the claim
