Follow up on Indwe Insurance for almost never accepting a claim

Following my review on my the failure to honor my claim for a ****** step ladder., that was reported to the police and one of four burglaries in one night in our area, and Indwe demanding an invoice or photo of the ****** ladder they did revert asking for my policy number which I supp****. I had already contacted them advising that I was obtaining other quotes from insurance companies.

They then rep**** advising that they appreciated me being with them for over 20 years but basically stating that rules are rules and thats that. I advised them that I had already ordered a new stepladder and that I would be cancelling my insurance with them. Actually its something I should have done years ago as thinking back many more claims over the years have been rejected than accepted and if they accept a claim , your premium the following year is increased..
