Good day. I would just like to pass a compliment for the excellent services i received from Santha Naidoo & Shauna Lee Barnard from your Durban offices. My late dad's home had a burst pipe i didnt have any of his details. Santha went out of her way to track down his policy & Shauna Lee thereafter arranged all the necessary's in a "jiffy". The excellent & immediate assistance managed to minimise to damages to virtually NIL. Thereafter the frequent calls from your call centre to ensure all is sorted out & if any further assistance was required over the week-end - UNBELIEVABLE !!! How amazing is this experience which is unreal nowadays. Really impressed. How can someone not be insured with INDWE. Real service excellence. Well done to you good people. Keep up the good show
