Excellent Insurance cover - help

What excellent service I recieved from the above Insurance company I received on the 21-10-2021. My vehicle got damaged when a stone went through the radaiator on my way to Mosselbay just out side of Albertina on the N2 on 20-10-2021. From the AA roadside assistance with had help with me within one hour. But the assistance I received from my Insurance broker Indwe Risk Service (Ms. C. Steyn) and from Brolink (Ms. S Bothetele) was worth mush more than the five stars above. As the incident occured the day before and I found out that this was not part of my warranty on my vehicle with ford I immediatelly contacted Indwe Risk Services. I was first informed that they will check if this part of my cover. With in one hour everything was solved and that I was covered and that they will pay for the full amount of the damage that was over R6000.00. As Mosselbay ford was not on there service provider system I had to pay the amount and will be paid back with in 3 working days. Again excellent service as on the 22-10-2021 not even 32 hours later the funds was paid into my bank. All I can say agian thank you for you above ecellent service.

Then I must also thank mosselbay ford that said they could only assisst with a new radiator in two days time when I contacted them on the morning of the 22-10-2021 as we did not know what the problem was untill they informed me (Mr. L. Terblanche) on this day that it was a stone that went trought the radiator. When I got to there premises they informed me that they will remove one of the new vehicles radiator and replace this with my damage one to get me back on the road. With in 2 hours my vehicle was ready and all solved and I was back on the raod by 12h00.

Once again thanks to all rolrplayers to get me back on the road but thanks for Indwe Risk Service / Brolink / Santam for there over the top excellent service. I must say this was the second time. The first was with my windsreen that cracked and ws replaced by the next day after informing them there of.
