Difficulties in claiming damages

I am very disappointed with how my claims are being managed. Im insured with Indwe risk services but when it comes to reporting a claim I have to deal with Brolink & no support @ all from Indwe. Brolink actually stresses you out when you need help. They are expects in rejecting claims, they rather listen @ contractor than listening @ the paying client. I am exhausted right now going through hoops trying to get the damages sorted out
