Damaged tiles

I have never had such a bad experience in my time of insurance until Indwe insurance. I have reported damaged tiles in our house from April. Till this day Indwe has not made contact with us. I make all calls to be updated and the answer its always the same. Waiting for a report from Assessor. We are now in June and they still haven't made contact with me and their still waiting for assessor report
