Credit listening for something I didn't take

I have been applying for a home loan now we have picked up that there is a telesure investment account under my credit profile which is causing a decline! I dont know this company I have never even spoke to them I need this to be cleared asap or I will take this further. Someone must call me on *** I need confirmation in writing
