Claim

<p>I made a claim on 29/08/2016,firstly the lady that assisted me was very rude and secondly an assessor was sent and the second assessor sent and still the claim is not processed and no one cares to tell me the progress.I was not home when the first assessor came and he concluded without asking me that i had renovated my bathroom and the person who did the renovations didn't install the bath tub well hence it now has a whole.I told him that i bought the house from Eric Bosman in 2010 like that,i did not renovate the bathroom nor have a clue who did the renovations and when and now Indwe is quiet but i pay every month for me to be covered in case something happens.</p>
