Claim

I claimed for leak roof and damaged cupboards due to leak as a result they overturned my claim because their assessor said the slope of my roof is at 15 degree instead of 17degrees , I have never heard of such in my life , the guy did not have measuring tool to proof that perhaps it was the way to reject my claim, today my roof leaks and cupboard in a dire state I need help
