Car insurance claim lasting 2 years.

It has been more than 2 years since I registered a claim with Indwe on my car with the car towed away from my possession. Between the assessors and Indwe Risk Services staff a significantly poor service has been received. The claim has been stalling on a stage where an assesssor evaluates the car to identify the required scope to getting running and the scope be approved by Indwe for execution. A number of the staff worked on this claim left Indwe and all the new staff lack continuity and hence the claim is not yet resolved. It has been far too long and the reputation to the Company Indwe Risk Services is going down. <br> <br> It is so sad that I have been happily insured with these guys for 7 years recommending them to friends and family and all of a sudden such a decline in their quality. The current claim is currently 2 years and not resolved and the previous hail damage claim took a full year on the same car. <br> <br> With this kind of service, they don't even qualify to be an insurance service provider.
