Boycott Indwe. Pathetic!

I claimed for a water damaged laptop. Indwe wanted to replace it for R2500 LESS than it was insured for. I had to make a co payment of R2000, they paid in R3500. I sold the BROKEN laptop for parts. Now they want the laptop. They Is charged their story THREE TIMES NOW . IS there any legal channels I can follow to get them NOT TO CHANGE THEIR STORY EVERY FEW DAYS? I WILL contact Solidarity and find out what kind of case I can make against them.
