Bad service by a pathetic company

I reside in Durban and went on holiday in Port Edward on 10 December 2015 which is almost 200kms from home. On the evening of the 10 December I hit into a huge pothole coming from the Wild Coast just before the Port Edward bridge which caused damage to my suspension as well as my tyres and rims were damaged in the process. I reported the accident at a police station on 11 December 2015 and the insurers sent Margate panelbeaters and Refinishers to tow my car to Margate. I continuously contacted the insurance for a vehicle hire car which I am entitled to with my policy. It is the 16th of December and I still do not have a insurance courtesy car. Furthermore my holiday ends today and I am stranded without accomodation as well as no transport to go home. My car has still not been assessed and Margate panelbeaters have now advised me that they close for the year on 18 December and the will only repair my vehicle next year. I am now stranded in Port Edward with no accomodation , no transport and I got my whole family with me including a 9 month old baby. The insurance company is closed today as it is a public holiday. The service of this company is pathetic and appalling.
