Bad service

<p>My ceiling collapsed before businesses closed but was left to spend Christmas in a house full of dust because no matter how you clean the dust just comes back.There is asbestos on the roof and it is very dangerous. I went to check at their offices in Witbank and was told the assessor's report was not in and i am quite surprised cause the assessor came the following day after the claim.I have asthmetic children and I suffer from sinuses and I am forced to live is a house that has asbestos on the roof and yesterday was called that another assessor is coming and now I ask myself why the delaying tactics.When one pays for insurance is to get a peace of mind when the unforseen happens but one is left with more headache as they find even more reasons not to pay.They will tell you if it is due to maintenance they don't pay, no wonder what it even means.Obviously one cannot buy a house with a falling ceiling.I am really dissapointed in the service indwe is giving</p>
