Appalling service : Indwe Risk Services.

I am insured with Indwe and have a claim free record of about 30 years. This is my first claim..for small damage caused to someone's car. I have sent an email over the weekend to ask what steps I must follow. At his time, no response. Also no response from the advisor who's name I have after I left a message with their switchboard at 10:50. No respect
