Appalling customer service from Indwe

We have been clients of Indwe for over 30 years and the recent service we have received is appalling and very disappointing! Our vehicle was ****** and recovered on the same day - 11 Feb. We were only advised it was going to be written off on the 23 March and we still do not have a confirmed payout amount. We are currently without a vehicle and cannot start looking for one because they still have not given us an amount. Further to this they do not reply to emails. Very very disappointed.
