After 2 years, still no feedback

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I was in an accident in 2014. And have yet to receive any feedback regarding the excess I had paid.</p> <p> </p> <p>Both Marianne and Marietjie don't seem to ever make my request a priority and always forget about me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like someone to assist me with this that can satisfy my need to know what the use of a middle-man is. </p> <p>They clearly can't.</p> <p> </p> <p>Also can I switch branches?</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p>
