5 weeks later, my claim is still in progress with no update or feedback??

<p>I registered a claim with Indwe on the 19 July 2016. To date I haven't heard an update from them. I have to constantly follow up and I don't get to be told the reasons for the delays. Their customer service is poor and very disappointing.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is my first claim since joining in 2011, after going through this experience.
