24 hour Roadside assistance

On the 13th at 11.43 called in for roadside assistance guess what i get your administrator is currently unavailable, like serious you send this and post on website pages that u operate 24 hours, with several times calling in ended up at 1:30 deciding to drive home with a tyre burst and no assistance from the insurance, what do we pay them for. Now get this, this morning at 8am expecting them to be opened so that i can voice out my grievance, i get an automated system that they operate between 8am - 4pm Mon - Fri and weekends they not opened, what type of an insurance is this cause if this was an accident you guys would of unable to assist me. I have been with insurances but Indwe is the worst out of all, told my mom to change this insurance cause there service is not reliable and we pay each month without any hassles but when you need them the most they not there and guess what the only number that works on there website is *** which that didn't help, the rest of there numbers are not registered according to my service provider. Cancellation is coming soon and i hope that you guys have noted Indwe Insurance only operates on there terms not according to when you need them..
