Worst e-hailing app in history

Firstly, this is an extremely ****ty app to use for card payment users. Even though the app has a card payment option, most if not all the drivers do not carry card machines with them, so they waste your time by driving you all the way to the nearest bank ATM so that you withdraw hard cash before you reach your destination OR you have to use your bank app to send instant cash which can take up a lot of your time and I don't even know how to use my bank app most of the time and these drivers don't even help or assist you.

Secondly, these ****ing drivers are very rude, stuck up, inconsiderate, narcissistic and petty. When I had to pay a particular driver R75 for a ride, because he didn't have a card machine with him, I ended up paying him R80 via my bank app instead which means i had my R5 ****** just so that i didn't have to waste any of my time because these drivers take up so much of my time when they show incompetence by saying that they dont have card machines and then demanding they either drive me to the nearest ATM or i pay with my bank app. Today i had a past driver come ALL THE WAY TO MY HOUSE 2 weeks later after he dropped me off at a destination because apparently there was a "bank error" even after i paid this guy cash via my bank app. Now he continues to pester me for niks to send him the pin after I'd forget about him. That's on him for not assisting me on how to use instant cash and he should've asked for the pin AFTER i paid him. That is borderline predatory and ******** behavior to drive to my house 2 weeks later without my consent when you have several passengers to pick up and drop off and the first thing you think about is driving all the way to my house for R80. **** Indriver. Rather use uber or even bolt because unlike Indriver, it's more convenient for card payments.
