Useless indrive support

Something needs to be done urgently about this useless indrive support, I had a query two weeks back where I mistakenly deposited by eft money to one of their drivers, I had his number plate but his number was not showing on the history side, I contacted them for the driver's number, they kept on delaying telling me that they were investigating, after giving them all the proof they requested they emailed me to say the case is closed, without any solution. When I asked them based on what are they closing the case without me getting my money back they just kept quiet. I didn't wanna involve the law on this matter because the driver didn't refuse to reverse my money but the support it utter useless and playing hard to get. Please help
