I usually use InDriver in favour of Bolt, simply because the prices can be negotiated and are usually cheaper. Overall, it does provide good service save for customer support. I left my phone in the car of one of the operators recently. After calling it several times, he answered the call and had the nerve to say that the owner of the phone was not available, before switching it off. Support was blatantly *********** and disinterested in handling the matter as it took them an hour to tell me that they could not reach said driver.
