Unsatisfied with the service

I’ve been constantly been getting drivers who are either too in a rush or car is in bed condition but the most recent trips I’ve had with the drivers was the issue with change which also happened today and when I try to make contact with the contact centre the agent was so unprofessional His messages didn’t even have correct punctuation. And cherry on top I wrote a detailed complaint and all I got was automated responses no customer service at all. InDrive is becoming more and more of a problem with their unprofessional, rude and some times not so hygiene friendly drivers.
