Unsatisfied customer

I am disappointed and utterly disgusted an Indriver drive. I requested from Gugulethu to Brooklyn and on our way to the destination I gave the driver a quicker and much simpler way to the destination only for the driver to tell me I am a slow thinker, a drunk passenger and that I was high of which I was neither. I then told him I did not like the way he was speaking to me and he then said if I don't like his approach he will drop me in the middle of no where. I then told him if he does that then I will not pay him. He then drove me to my destination and as I was getting off the vehicle he also got of. He then grabbed me by my top and demanded his money, when I reached for my breast to take out the money he threatened me saying he will shoot me in front of other people then got in his car and sped off. I do not feel safe with these drivers as the app itself does not do any background checks on their drivers.
