Unreasonable, Unresponsive and Unresolved issues

Had a good ride on the 14th July 2020. I lost my house key in the car, the driver never responded as to when his bring my key back after I got a hold of him. Today the 15th July was my doctor's appointment and I couldn't get in my place nor could I attend the hospital today.

I'm really ****ed and frustrated.
