Unhappy Indrive Customer

On Saturday 16/11/2024 booked a ride for my mother and the driver drove off with my mother's phone and purse. When I contacted indrive they we not much help. They said they will call back I am still waiting for them . They are a shady business and I am no longer going to use their service if they cannot guarantee the safety of their passengers and their belongings.
