Unhappy Customer

I previously reported being assaulted by one of the company’s drivers. After numerous back-and-forth communications with customer service, they eventually presented me with a contract offering a financial settlement in exchange for dropping the charges against both the company and the driver involved.

However, since receiving that contract, I have been unable to get in touch with anyone from the company as I was unhappy and did not agree with the offer. Despite repeated attempts to follow up, I have not received any response or further communication.
