Theire driver cancelled the trip but no refund

I requested a ride which cost R260 on the 25/09/2026, their driver cancelled the trip but they never reversed my funds. I tried to request my funds from them, they're not helping they keep asking screenshots everyday but no help. My bank requested me to get a letter from them so that they cancel the authorised amount but they're still refusing to give me one.
