The driver doesn't want to give me my things

On the 23rd June 2023 at 9:15 am I requested a driver from 7 kylemore Road to linge primary school Nyanga east, I left my bag that had my ID,card and money I call the driver he said his busy now his not in the car that was not even an hour i was out of the car it was an min that I called him he was rude . Even now I got meaagae from capitec that I've open debit order from the company i don't even know .
