Terrible customer service and ******* as drivers

I lost my phone in the drivers car and when I got inside I took my wifes phone and called it.

The phone rang and rang but he did not pick it up , After a few minutes the phone was switched off and no longer going through ,showing that the driver turned it off on purpose .

I then tried to contact their support , to no avail they have been askin me the same question 10 times and I give them the details they need but I have not been assisted

its been almost a week now
