**** and no Customer support

Very cruel and *********** organisation which only cares about making money at the expense of their drivers. They are so quick to deduct their commission from driver's credit as soon as a ride if confirmed but if the reader is cancelled they never refund that money. I have been driving with them for over 4 months and it's been a mission to get a refund. No phone number to call, just an email address which gets responded by many consultants leaving the issue unresolvable. Stay away drivers. Boycott this **** of an app.
