Refusing to reverse the funds after their driver cancelled the trip

I requested a a ride on the 25/09/2026 the driver accepted the trip after they debited my bank account account their driver cancelled trip and they didn't reverse the transaction. I tried to log a complaint with them but they're not assisting. My bank can help but they need a letter from In drive but they still refusing to give me one.
